2. Scope
This policy explains how the Goory iOS app processes personal data and, where applicable, linked web content (e.g., Stripe payments, Google Maps).
3. Data we process
- A) Contact info: name, email, phone, address.
- B) Device & identifiers: IDFV (IDFA only with consent), IP address, push token.
- C) Location: precise GPS (with consent), coarse location (via IP).
- D) Usage data: interactions, screen views, performance & crash data.
- E) User content: profile photo, comments, reviews (if available; no in-app registration).
4. Purposes & legal bases (Art. 6 GDPR)
- App functionality & services (incl. location, push): 6(1)(b) and/or 6(1)(a).
- Payments (Stripe): 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) for anti-fraud and security.
- Security & diagnostics (Sentry): 6(1)(f).
- Maps & geo-services (Google Maps): 6(1)(b) and/or 6(1)(a).
- Legal obligations: 6(1)(c).
5. Third parties / recipients
Google Maps, Stripe, Sentry (possible transfers to non-EU countries; Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Tracking / ads
No advertising trackers and no data sharing for marketing; IDFA only with consent (ATT).
7. Push notifications
Only with consent; can be disabled at any time in iOS settings.
8. Retention
For as long as necessary; diagnostics generally short-term; statutory retention periods for payments remain applicable.
9. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection; lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
10. Security
Appropriate technical and organizational safeguards are in place.
11. Children
Not directed to users under 16 years of age.
12. Changes
May be updated. Effective date: 20.03.2026
